01. The Challenge & Solution

In March 2022, the founder sought our expertise to create a website. He needed website design, hosting, copywriting, and integration of a professional email and CRM into the site. With the company launch planned in July 2022, it was essential to complete and rank the website before then. However, ranking on search engines usually takes 3-6 months, posing a challenge. We quickly gathered the project’s requirements, design, and timeline, minimizing duplicative efforts, and adhered strictly to the tight schedule.

02. Working Process

The project requirements were intricate, given the business’s niche and unique selling point. There were numerous pages that required design and copywriting expertise. Moreover, the website was previously built by a non-professional friend, which added to the complexity. We eventually discovered that the existing website’s foundation was wrongly built, necessitating a restart. Despite this, we managed to complete the entire website within two weeks and promptly began our SEO preparation.

Our SEO approach involved a multi-tier campaign service, consisting of 800 backlinks, including 80 tier 1 and 700 tier 2 links. Before commencing the backlinking process, we worked closely with the founder to select three URLs that represent Positive Arena and came up with three long-tail keywords per URL. In just two months, we witnessed positive results as Positive Arena rose to number 8 in the search engine ranking before its launch.

03. Perfect Result

The founder made a wise decision by implementing SEO strategies to improve the website’s ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). This increases the likelihood of his website being discovered by potential customers searching for products or services in his industry. By frequently appearing on the SERP, users are more likely to become familiar with his business, increasing the likelihood of attracting potential customers to his website. Compared to other online marketing approaches like social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and email marketing, SEO is a more cost-effective option that yields higher long-term rewards.
