01. The Challenge & Solution

The main challenge encountered in this project was that the client’s previous agency did not meet the client’s expectations in terms of results, with high advertising costs and budget overruns. The client was looking for a more cost-effective approach to attract more student sign-ups. Following a comprehensive analysis, we modified the strategy by reducing the cost per click (CPC) rates and optimizing the budget for greater efficiency.

02. Working Process

We first conducted a full 360 digital marketing audit in less than two weeks before officially taking over from the previous agency. We developed a comprehensive game plan that included integrating CRM tracking from leads generated and assessments to sign-ups for both online and offline channels. Additionally, our team conducted a comprehensive analysis and adjusted the strategy to focus on smaller, targeted campaign bursts that prioritized brand and remarketing terms. By reducing the emphasis on generic and competitor keywords with higher cost per click (CPC) rates, we were able to improve the campaign’s overall performance and deliver more effective results.

As a result of our efforts, we achieved a 50% reduction in the cost of new sign-ups via SEM in less than five months, indicating that our tailored approach to SEM was more effective than the previous agency’s strategy.
